"We wanted to have a chance to relax a bit after our nine day safari and chose to stay here because it is close to the airport. You will be amazed by the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness, the delicious food, and the grounds, as the gardens are lovely. You will not be disappointed with choosing this hotel, they even have a nice pool and spa. The only cons were that there is no mini fridge in the room and the WiFi can be a little challenging."

"Our visit to the Sanna did not start well, there was a snafu with our reservation, resulting in us being moved to their eco lodge on arrival. "This is a great hotel right in the middle of Arusha. Good breakfast, spacious rooms and a big beautiful garden to wander through. Take advantage of happy hour in the Hatari Bar. A few notes: Arusha is a busy, noisy city and you're right in the middle of it. Don't expect rooms near the road to be quiet. "The staff is very welcoming and friendly. The restaurant was willing to accommodate our dietary restrictions without any issues. Juma went above and beyond to help with a vegan diet. The room was clean and the grounds/garden were beautiful. The hotel could use some upgrades, but they make up for that with their amazing staff!"

"This was a splurge reservation at the end of our ten days in Tanzania. What a treat that was-especially after struggling with Internet and other “missing” items at other properties. Everything about the Neptune property was first rate from the furnishings to the food to the convenience and the staff. Yes, the price point was higher than we normally spend but truly if you get what you pay for, the price seems justified. At Neptune we received what we paid for and then some!"
