"I reserved a kitchenette room. At first they put me in an ordinary room. After complaining, they moved me to a room with a kitchenette, but it had none of the things a traveler needs to prepare a simple meal. Not a pot, pan, cooking utensil, knife, spoon, bowl, cup, etc. All of the cupboards and drawers were empty. The previous room at least had a coffee maker, but not this one."

"The breakfast was excellent - the hotel was very clean"

"Easy location. Easy check in."

"breakfast was quite disappointing. Coffee was horrible with grounds, breads for toasting were stale, no hot food."

"The room was super clean and tidy. The staff could not have been more pleasant and helpful. The price was quite reasonable. I couldn't figure out the TV but that's on me. Its location was very convenient for us. Not a Sandals Resort but that's not what we were looking for; our first consideration is always cleanliness and it excelled in that regard. Very pleased with every aspect of our overnight stay."

"Weird layout of the building . Had to walk through multiple doors to get to our room. You have to pay for breakfast. Which we didn’t get to eat because the restaurant was closed due to staff shortage. And there’s not other food options in the area."

"Stayed for one night, room was very clean and staff was extremely helpful."

"It was -12 on Portage Lake and we cranked the heat pump up to 75. The Birds Nest cabin needs another heat source. Upstairs was cold when we got back at 10:30 pm after leaving the heat on all day in the cabin. The two full size beds that are pictured is one that’s on the bottom of a metal bunk bed frame and the other is upstairs where the roof is pitched so one side has no head room to accommodate two grown adults.New owners shut the water off for the winter. Didn’t know that until the day we left...

"This property is a SCAM!!! Do not get sucked into reservations, nobody is there in the falling down wreck"

"Stay was good. The loacation is very nice and it worked very well for where we needed to be. The place could use some minor fixing up and maybe some fresh exterior painting. We wrapped our work up there a day early but paid for the full 11 days. Wish there could have been a way to get reimbursed for thate last day that we didn't stay."
