"I had a very disappointing experience at Deluxe Hotel Yerevan. The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. The hotel felt very cheap and located in a poor area. There was no elevator, which made carrying luggage difficult. They were also irresponsible about receiving packages — they refused to help with a package that arrived after checkout.
