"I cannot say enough good things about my wonderful stay in Dilijan, and it was because of the excellent hospitality provided by Casanova Inn. The place is so charming and peaceful, and the meals some of the best anywhere. The staff was so friendly that I did not feel I was in a hotel, I felt I was at home with family. "Great family hotel. The hotel manager is very accommodating. (Five stars for Armen!) He helped with some unusual requests that came up due to family emergency and misunderstanding during booking. The hotel has a nice garden which ends at a small river. The rooms are spacious and clean. I travelled to Dilijan for a conference, but the town is famous as a vacation destination. "

"Irina is an absolutely superb host - I can't thank her enough for her help in arranging a tour by taxi of the surrounding area, and for helping me get a marshrutka to Yerevan. She was kind enough to give me a tour of Aleverdi and to share her wonderful cooking, too. I highly recommend her hotel to anyone visiting Lori Province."

"The cleanliness of my room was good, the cleaners were very nice to me, very helpful,the staff in the canteen was super nice and hospitable, especially the woman named TEREZA .The breakfast was good though, if there were changes in the daily manu, it would be AWESOME! But nice food anyway! I am very thankful to the staff in the canteen. I paid for the therapies extra, they were ok, not bad, good for my 16-year-old daughter anyway.And thanks to the manager and to the reception staff."

"I liked the location in the country side. I did not like that even though I had a reservation they did not seem to be expecting me. I also did not like the fact that the room smelt musty. And I did not like being told by the reception person that he was busy smoking g and that I would have to wait for his help. The breakfast was not much as it had been well picked over by a tour group. "
