They finally helped but it was not expected to have to demand help with parking. Then we paid in advance in full. When leaving, they added resort fee of $15 a night and because we used our credit card, we had a convenience fee added without notification. Mostly likely not stay again. Dining room was excellent. "Really enjoyed our stay. The river view room was really pretty. The location was perfect for being close to a lot downtown. Valet is pretty much mandatory as parking anywhere else is a huge hassle. Save yourself the trouble and factor in valet to the price of your stay. "
