"Our room was keep very clean and nice the whole time.
Our maid on the 14th floor was so sweet and so meticulous about her job. We stay here 4 times a year and I will ask for her floor the next time!
All of the staff are informational and willing to help anytime day or night!"

"There was brown stuff on the wall right outside the bathroom, the room was dusty and ants were on the nightstand, the tv didn’t work…..overall they don’t require a deposit so if you’re in a bind it’s a good choice but don’t expect greatness"

"Strange odor like mold and mildew. Room request was totally ignored. Front desk could not provide a receipt for pet fees and incidentals. Since we were only staying one night we didn’t bother to complain. It certainly didn’t live up to the name “Presidential”"
