One are of improvement is the reception folks needing to be more accommodating. Every request we made was turned down with a phony smile. We requested an iron; we were told to use the laundry services. We requested an extra towel to use the pool, they said to wait until the next day! They made me pay 15 TND to get a bottle of wine I to my room. WiFi in the room was not working; I reported it and the reception lady said they’d send a technician - it never happened. They need to listen to customers and be more accommodating. It’s not all about spending more money!"
