"The place is amazing, quiet the rooms are great the problem we had was the room temperature was awful and we couldn’t sleep because it was very hot, reception told us to open the windows to lower the temperature and we woke up freezing so we couldn’t sleep well… breakfast is delicious and the staff is very friendly."

"We loved the Palladio. The room was large, we had a balcony overlooking a wonderful park. The meals in their restaurant were the best we had in BA. Tomas happily extended our check out time due to a late night flight. All of the staff were friendly and competent. We can't wait to return to BA and The Palladio."
