"The cabins are located far from Pucon. No food was offered. There was no hot water and the water pressure was horrible. I would not recommend this property. Also, they asked for 1/2 upfront and the other 1/2 once we arrived. After what we went through, I would not have paid them for the second 1/2."

"O hotel nao era ruim, porem a localizacao nao estava muito boa, pois nao era possivel ir a pe ate o centro onde havia os restaurantes e outras atividades. Apesar de estar escrito 800 m ate o centro, acho que havia muito mais, e ainda o acesso um pouco acidentado, com ruas escuras no caminho e uma rodovia para atravessar a pé. A internet wi fi nao estava facil contactar dos quartos. Pessoal muito gentil e prestativo. A vantagem foi ter um estacionamento gratis."
