"Perfect location in the centre of Pucon and close to the lake. Friendly, helpful staff and a wonderful, spacious apartment. Our happy experience could have been improved by better kitchen equipment and for the hotel to actually bother responding to questions sent to them via Expedia or their own website."

"The cabins are located far from Pucon. No food was offered. There was no hot water and the water pressure was horrible. I would not recommend this property. Also, they asked for 1/2 upfront and the other 1/2 once we arrived. After what we went through, I would not have paid them for the second 1/2."

"Muy buena ubicación, personal amable, hay estacionamiento interior, y disponen de un sector para autoservicio donde puedes guardar alimentos, cocinar y comer. Mejoraría las instalaciones del baño, y pondría cortinas térmicas o black out en las ventanas."
