"Great service and very clean the staff are amazing we had an incident with my daughter and we had 2 great mangers came to help to check on her the front desk manager subhi Alhaddid and the operational manger who is literally every where on top of everything Mohamed elishi they did a great job to make sure all is good and I can’t forget the amazing chef who made our stay very special with his kidness and generosity esmaeel khwaja and all the great stuff thanks a lot it was one of the best trips to Aqaba because of those people "

"The hotel is really fabulous. Second time there and we’ll return. The room is spacious and magnificent all white clean design. The food vey extremely good and tasty - We had half board deal and the service is beyond percept. We were upgraded to Panoramic rooms - highly Recommend - just 50 meters for the water line. Can hear the sound of the waves all night long. Pros: Everything: rooms, beach, pools, food, location and especially service and hospitality. They really interested and taking care of you"

"This was one of the best resorts we have ever stayed at. The facilities are clean, outdoor pools are large and the private beach makes all the difference. Breakfast was also delicious and the staff make sure you are looked after well. Specific mention to Saddad at the front desk who looked after us and gave us a really high level of service. I don’t have any criticism only that there isn’t an indoor pool, and the gym is slightly more dated but still runs well. "

"Couldnt fault anything about this place. The communication was clear and concise as soon as i booked. You check in at the visitor centre first and its a 10 min drive to the self-parking location. From there, they drive you into the desert (every hour, on the hour). The location of the bubble hotel is peaceful and away from others. Very clean, great food and the staff were so kind and well spoken. The best part was the star gazing experience, highly recommend! You definitely get what you pay for, very happy with everything. "
