"Muy bueno todo"

"The staff was fabulous. They made my stay a 5-star experience. The property was exceptionally clean. The room was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and included made to order items. I had the bad luck of going to San Pedro during one of the few times in which there were cloudy skies and rain. I was quite disappointed. Stargazing was the primary purpose of my trip. The staff was very helpful and suggested other activities for me. They showed genuine concern about making my trip...

"Ottimo"

"Excelente recepção, limpeza e funcionários. Spa excepcional, realmente muito bom. Apenas as refeições deixam a desejar. Não gostei de nenhum dos pratos solicitados. Pelo valor, esperava mais. "

"great staff, nice hotel"

A couple of times there was no water, no electricity and no wifi, but staff worked to resolve the issue. Breakfast was very good and there was free tea, coffee and iced drinking water available all day. I didn’t have supper at the hotel but did have some drinks at the bar by the open fire which was welcoming...

"I enjoyed my stay here. The manager and staff were very hospitable & made my stay a pleasant one. It's also located quite close to shops & restaurants"

"Traditional Chilean vibe. Food in restaurant excellent. Staff very friendly. Recommended."
