"The cottage was an excellent place for our base in the Digby area. Very clean and with a great lay out for 2 couples. The view is amazing and we found it hard to tear ourselves away to visit Digby and Annapolis Royal. Our host greeted us and showed us around the cottage and was able to give us lots of information about the location and surrounding area. The land the lodge and cottages are on was lovely to walk around and there was even a beach area to explore. "

"Lovely decor with comfortable beds. Wonderful home cooked breakfast of waffles bacon fresh fruit and boiled egg one morning and lovely omelet with croissants and homemade jam the other morning!! Art and Martha were delightful hosts. Will return again if in the area."

"This historic property has beautiful suites, furnished in period and fabulous views of Grande Prè. Staff are friendly, helpful. Historic building, no elevator. Restaurant okay. Stunning property."
