"This place was awesome and made my mom and I feel welcome on our first trip out of North America. The staff was great, in particular one girl who we believe was a manager. She went out of her way to make use feel welcome including giving us destination ideas, recommendations, and complimentary services at the hotel. I would 10/10 come back to this place. You can tell it's old, but it was clean, safe, and quiet with fantastic service. Parking was hard sometimes but that's it!"

"Great location - very walkable to the sites/shopping/restaurants in Pitlochry. Our room was really nice (decor and quiet) and exceeded our needs. The first hotel in Scotland where our shower water temperature stayed consistent, AND there were 2 luggage racks for our use. The front desk attendant was very professional and personable. We highly recommend this hotel and wish the owners much success. "
