Cari Hotel di Andhra Pradesh

"Saya dah booking hotel ini lama utk 2 bilik 2 malam. Saya minta mereka khaskan saya bilik yang ada sambungan pintu ( interconnecting room), tapi saya kecewa sangat dgn keterangan yg diberikan oleh Nikil penyelua hotel situ. Dua kata dgn kasar tiada bilik sambungan. Saya dan keluarga saya amat dukacita dgn layanan begini. Kamu hampa dgn hotel itu sbb tak ada pertimbangan atau mohon ampun dari Nikil. Kami rasa ada bilik sambungan tapi sengaja tak nak bagi saya. Memang kami tak akan tidur sana lagi...

"Nice smell in the room and toilets. Not stinky smell we get in some of the star hotels where I stayed. I am impressed with the room. The restaurant service is good but your time restrictions are awful. Once the customer is inside the time period you need to serve him whatever he wants. You cannot say that your time is over. This is very bad customer service."

"If you expecting 5 star kinda property treatment then your mistaken. The rooms are big and spacious, check in was fine, pool and fitness center was good. But they really need to improve their core hospatality skills. The staff is always poker face, the breakfast is below average, especially the bakery items are used for straight 8-10 days as you can see and feel its stale. You need to remind them to refill the stuff everytime the item is over, except for south indian items rest of food needs a...

"The improvements. The verandah on 8th floor smelling horrible. It was hot and could not walk. The bath rooms did not enough cloth hanging fixtures. The spray nozzle on the toilet was least flexible and difficult to operate. The coffee in the breakfast time needs improvement. It does not taste like madras’s coffee."
