"Property phone number listed on the website doesn't work. Their landline doesn't work at all. They have separate mobile phone numbers which you can not find on the Internet. We missed our flight and tried to contact the property and were unable to do so. when we reached there the next day and asked them for refund/credit for a day, they said they can't do it since they were not informed. "If I will start making lists then I will have to write lengthy paragraphs. In short, I am an Indian and I know that in 3000 rs. you can get much better options. Their power back up crumbled, rat inside the toilet (WC) which I have a picture of, overcharged and cheated in the restaurant bill which I caught, weird location with no facilities at all. After all, took the half refund and went for an another place. However, the staff is polite, because they know the conditions of their place."

"We stayed there for one night but there was loud music going on on their terrace which they did not slow down the music even after I complained. The music went on till 11pm , I complained twice after that they stopped. "

"Our stay was amazing the resort a little gem. The rooms where spacious with plenty of light. 8 windows infact ,very clean with a large comfortable bed. Breakfast was great lots of choice and cooked to perfection. A short walk through the palm trees was the private beach. Whilst the beach was beautifully with white sand and clear water I was a little disappointed about the amount of plastic struined across the beach.Whislt I do understand it's been bought in by the tide and is a sad testament to...

"The property itself is very pretty with beautiful well looked after garden. Very disappointed about the beach which with low tide looked depressing. Staff were helpful but very inexperienced. Bar and restaurant were dull and depressing areas. Good singer in the evening but on our second night she ruined our evening by allowing a guest to sing song after song. He was awful! Swimming pool should be cleaned more often as it was dirty in the evening."
