The staff is friendly and are available to assist and help with anything needed, this includes getting the best deals for transportation to and from the hotel. "I had wonderful experience with this property . Staffs are super professional and friendly, very quick response. Had small issues with first room the manager switched me to large suite and make sure me and my family are comfortable with the new room . I give them 5/5 star plus extra start super comfortable rooms. Location is excellent plus you access the mall easily. "
