"This was supposed to be an apartment unit with three bedroom with king size beds. Not... One king, two singles, and one single. When we arrived, there was no one making arrangement to check us in; we had to wait 15 minutes before the key to the apartment was obtained. Rooms were collecting dusts (desert fine sands) and cold. Only one shower facility for 5 people. Windows and doors are reinforced with steel bars. Neighborhood appears to be newly developing area near the shopping street, but it...

"This hotel is a disgrace. I found a dead cockroach in the room the first day and a live one the next day. I have a 12 month old and was lucky I found the cockroaches before he did. They do not clean the rooms every day unless you specifically ask for that, and they do not wash the floor unless you complain. They even told me that my "obsession " with cleanliness isn't good for my kids."
