The housekeeping department did a phenomenal job and the breakfast chef at Insignia catered to the guests with specialty omelets and constantly made sure the buffet was tidy, restocked and beautifully presented. "Very convenient in terms of location next to the airport. However, the food served in the lobby bar was not a great experience. And the wake-up call which they offered us at 1.00 am in the morning, never happened. If we hadn’t set our own alarm, we would have missed our flight. "

"We stayed here for four nights during our stay in Amman. Check in was easy and fast. As an Expedia gold member we got a nice free upgrade to a junior suite. Location is good, with easy access to the main tourist attractions and main roads, but that comes with the drawback of too much noise 24/7. Room was soundproofed but you could hear the noise all night (low noise though). Room was big, with a nice living room. Bedroom was good size, bed was comfortable but pillow was not the best: too hard...
