"We have stayed at Campanile Hotels as they are conveniently situated, have ample free parking and have a restaurant. The room was clean and there was a large comfortable bed, good size bathroom and have external blinds which makes the room dark for sleeping. We were very disappointed as the restaurant was closed as it was a Sunday. The website stated it was open every day of the week including Sundays which is why we booked. Their own website should be updated! "

Inconvenient for parking at hotel, although a public carpark is within 5 minutes walking at basement of nearby commercial center. Hotel is centrally located, a block from the heart of downtown, and not far from the main sights of Vichy, including the "sources", the Opera House, and main shopping streets. "

"Après un accueil correct, j'ai eu besoin de poser une question et en redescendant impossible de trouver quelqu'un. Il est précisé que l'hôtel propose un restaurant (il n'y en a pas). Chambre globalement propre mais dessus de lit et couverture plus que douteuse. Décoration plus que fanée et confort de la literie moyenne. Vrai soucis d'insonorisation. Je me suis consolé en disant que je n'y passait qu'une nuit et n'y retournerait que contrainte et forcé car peu d'offre sur le secteur"
