"Hotel is cozy, good breakfast. Beautiful views of the cathedral. Staff was helpful. Wish the rooms were bigger for families but we made it work and the staff helped us be comfortable."

There is a large secure garage which accommodates European family saloons. Note you must draw up to the hotel and unload. Park in the garage and return up the hill via the stairs. But for us it was 5 star"

"I spent one night at this quiet, comfortable and centrally located hotel in Burgos. My room was clean and spacious with a comfortable bed, wall mounted smart TV, ample closet space and picturesque views of the city since I was on the 8th floor. The bathroom had a walk in shower and excellent water pressure. The hotel wifi reception was excellent. However, there was no mini fridge in my room. I was able to find very convenient free street parking just across the street for my rent a car - the...

"Buena atención, excelente ubicación, alimentos de calidad. Estacionamiento muy caro y nada accesible p estacionarse. No apto para auto grande o SUV. No había agua caliente y la regadera en malas condiciones."

"Great location , if you drive be aware that there are road barriers to get into the town, you can drive up and push a button and they will lower the barriers. This was NOT communicated to us in advance , others had the same issue. Parking is under the hotel and VERY tight, need a small car."

The gentlemen who checked us out in the morning was awesome he got us a couple crescents from.the breakfast area knowing we were not able get our breakfast we paid for. He also brought our bag out to our car"
