"We stayed here when we had a rental car and wanted to explore the Basque area of Spain. We did day trips to Bilbao, San Sebastián and Pamplona. The Parador is in a beautiful setting and the room was very comfortable. We did all our eating and shopping during our day trips so the Parador was a quiet, country setting to relax. We did eat breakfast at the Parador but no other meals. Breakfast was good - very typical Spanish style hotel breakfast. "

"This is a very good hotel, fairly central with easy access to the old town. The rooms are standard with very comfortable beds. There is a very good restaurant within the hotel, although the adjoining bar has very limited tapas. We only spent one night there and on leaving we wished we had spent longer."

"A great hotel in a amazing quirky little town. Hotel was clean and easily accessible. Pool was nice and outdoor drink service. Parking was easy, statf pleasant and polite and helpful. Only downfall is the hotel feels a bit dated. Really needs upgrading. Its a short walk upto the town. We learnt in the second day that theres actually a elevator take you upto the town. Saves you walking up the hill. "
