"The room was big, the bed was comfy, we had a problem with the heat, but they fixed it immediately. It's right next to the train station, so be prepared for train whistles all night long. But we enjoyed our stay here, and they had a shuttle that took us to the train station in the morning. So it was exactly what we needed."

"The front desk and housekeeper manager were great. I arrived extra early and they got me in to a room almost immediately. I appreciate that since we were traveling non stop for nearly two days without any rest. I would definitely recommend this hotel with out considering any other place. Very convenient location near the harbor, train and cruise port."

"Old hotel not worth price"

"Hotel itself was just ‘okay’. Issue was with the ‘free’ transportation. I was initially told it was free, then it was $3 if you had luggage, then it was $6 if you had luggage. At the port, there was no where to ‘line up’ for the shuttle and another family jumped in front of us after we were waiting for over 30 minutes. I told the shuttle driver before he let them load that we were there first and he didn’t seem to care. Then the hotel had the nerve to charge us for the shuttle that we didn’t...

"We felt as though effort was made to make our stay comfortable. The room with two queen beds and kitchenette was clean and had all the amenities to make our three day stay comfortable. The beds and pillows were cozy and bedding was, smelled fresh and clean. The decor was simple, functional and nice. Thank you Spruce Lodge, Karen and Chrissy, sisters from Ontario, Canada"

"The room was much bigger than anticipated but the fridge has crusty food in it. The rest of the room seemed clean enough. There is no sound proofing so I could hear my neighbors tv dialogue very clearly. It was convenient and affordable though. I wouldn’t stay in it without my husband being there next time."

"Micah greeted us when we checked in and made some great suggestions. We did the short hike to Exit Glacier and dined outside at Resurrection Restaurant. The hike was only a short drive from Wind Song and the views were beautiful. We shared a pizza for dinner and each got a salad, both of which were delicious. Our room in Rosemary had everything we needed. I want to return and stay multiple nights instead of just one night."
