"Rm was clean, staff very helpful. Shuttle from airport, must get someone from airport to call for shuttle or get ph#. There is a few places to eat, fastfood & sitdown with in a mile. A convenience & liquor store."

"The bed‘s but especially the pillows were very uncomfortable which made for a poor nights sleep. In addition, there was no air-conditioning so we were hot, which contributed to an even worse night sleep. We tried keeping the windows open, but then there was too much light so we got poor sleep no matter what we did. It was very disappointing."

"NO WIFI IN THE ROOM. Only offered in lobby. Room is good but no hair dryer which maybe be because of cruise people. It required some walking from parking to the building. Dining option needs improvement since there is no restaurants around but one of restaurants we tried to go was not taking any people so we have to go other restaurants. Food was not wow and pricey."

"The hotel is a bit run down. For $600 per night it was disappointing for a Hilton property. We were there overnight to catch a cruise. I called the front desk after making a reservation online to inquire about transportation options. The person I spoke to was not at all helpful. I ended up fending for myself. The wait staff at breakfast had to be tracked down for service. Plenty of staff on hand, so that was not the problem. Maybe training? Whatever, I had higher expectations for a...
