"Great place to stay"

"Housekeeping was in the room after we checked in for our stay. Despite this, our room wasn't clean (toilet hadn't been cleaned, nail clippings on the dresser), and housekeeping was consistently poor throughout our visit. There was so much dust on the pictures in the hallway guests were playing tic-tac-toe on them. The hotel restaurant is overpriced and the food was bad. We wouldn't stay here again."

"Fantastic property and so much to do!! So convenient and the shuttle is incredibly useful! The woman at the gift shop wasn’t very nice though :("

"Spacious room, quite area (apart from trains, although seldom) Super convenient to the train depot, and because adjacent to the beautiful Ship Creek. Breakfast was adequate, very good coffee available all day. "

"The room was clean. The property was centrally located, and the staff was cheerful. We had a great stay. "

"Facility was advertised as newly renovated hotel. Not only was the hotel not renovated the furnishings in our room were old, worn out and beat up. The only thing relatively new was the television. Mattresses and box springs were falling apart. Towel rack and bath faucet were beat up and obviously not renovated. Carpeting and paint were old and showing their age. Heater was unplugged upon our arrival and the temperature of the room was 58 degrees. To be fair the maintenance person came to the room immediately to address the heat issue. Possibly other floors of the hotel were renovated and this floor (bottom floor) is where this facility puts customers that reserve their respective room off of Expedia. Upon check out the front staff person was more engaged with a personal conversation with an individual than assisting me with my checkout. Needless to say we won't be back to this facility."

"Good breakfast. Comfortable beds and pillows. Everything was clean. Great, friendly staff. Convenient location to all our needs while in town. Parking was always available when we came back for the evening. Will definitely stay here again. Only wish it had a small pool for the kids to burn off some energy. "
