"Good stay affected by the worst and laziest housekeeping I've ever experienced. Rooms were never cleaned before 4 pm despite several reminder calls a day. I stayed for 6 days and they only changed the sheets on day 5, only because I asked them to. To top it off, I told the room cleaner that I would leave a tip on my final morning. That was the only time in 6 days he bothered to show up in the morning. Shame on Pullman for hiring such lazy employees. Not staying here again. "

"This is our third consecutive stay at this hotel in Medina. It's very conveniently located and few minutes walk from Masjid an Nabi and Jannatul Baqi. The breakfast was awesome with a diverse menu and staff were always friendly. Housekeeping staff were very prompt whenever we needed them. Tamim from housekeeping was excellent. Check in and check out were very fast. Only recommendation is that the carpets need to be cleaned/changed. I will highly recommend this hotel to my friends and family in...

"It was a wonderful stay. The room was clean and it was a nice dang quiet place. There was a local masjid close by and masjid bilal was a short walk and masjid Nabawi not too far from that. All in all it was affordable and and great."

"The haram view is superb, the day manager I think his name was zayd - gave services beyond expected. Very friendly staff, rooms are clean and spacious - highly recommended. We shifted to another hotel near by and can find big difference in quality of services."
