"We were not deceived by this hotel and the kids were very impressed by the pictures of Ronaldo on the walls. Very cool factor for the parents :) Staff is very helpful and nice. Only thing is that we got upgraded in a bigger room (very nice) but it was located on the side of the mall and restaurants place. It was very noisy at night. But besides that nothing bad to say. Just ask for a quit room and you will be very pleased."

"I stayed at Iberostar Waves for 7 days, and overall, it was a very mixed experience. The biggest issue was the bathroom cleanliness. It was filthy, with many stains on the tiles, and the toilet flush was extremely weak. It couldn’t properly flush a reasonable amount of toilet paper, so we had to use the lobby washroom. The AC was also disappointing, as it never cooled the room properly. The food had good variety each day, but it was often cold unless you arrived right when the buffet opened....

"This hotel is outstanding! Very family friendly but great for adult only travel. It's a 10-15 minute commute to the Medina. The staff was nice and very accommodating in English. The rooftop restaurant is gorgeous with good food. I would recommend 10 out of 10."
