"The tent was lovely, the pool area was thankfully not busy, so very peaceful and the BBQ was great (1 between 2 is plenty, very generous portion). I had major issues contacting the property through Expedia and that caused stress. I suggest they work that out. The evening show and food were poor."

"We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel. The room was comfortable and well maintained, with daily cleaning that kept everything fresh throughout our stay. The food was excellent, with a great variety at the buffet, and we also really enjoyed the two on-site restaurants. The service was a standout, especially from Abde Samad and Mehdi, who were both friendly and attentive. The water park was a highlight and perfect for all ages, and having drinks available throughout the day...

"J’ai eu l’opportunité de rencontrer Hischam le propriétaire. Ce Riad est super propre. J’avais besoin d’un transport pour aller à l’aéroport et Hischam s’est occupé de tout. Prochainement il va y avoir un spa et massage hammam. Le petit déjeuner très bon. Pour moi j’y retournerais sans hésitation"

"L’hotel est très bien situé dans le quartier residentiel de l’hivernage. Il est très agréable avec divers espaces, des restaurants, des salons et des piscines, une terrasse, un spa, etc..dans de magnifiques jardins ombragés. Nous avions demandé des chambres avec de bonnes literies et du calme et notre demande a bien été prise en compte. Nous étions très bien avec une chambre décorée avec soin, spacieuse et le chant des oiseaux dans le park. Le personnel de service et les animateurs nombreux...

"Beautiful resort about 30 minute drive from Marrakech. Huge rooms and great service (albeit at breakfast it was painful trying to get the correct coffee order before lunchtime). Pools are fantastic, they’re heated all year round. Our children loved playing in them. The food is limited however. The restaurants are limited. Five are advertised but at dinner there are only two plus a sushi bar in the main bar. Very expensive food, although delicious. There’s no dinner buffet which is a big miss...
