"Piscine chauffée, buffet excellent cependant les heures d’ouverture sont restreints. Buffet varié. Nous n’avons pas essayer l’aquaparc mais il semble bien. Les chambres sont belles, les lits sont assez confortables. Personnel au bar sont vraiment sympathiques. Très beau voyage. Au souk/medina, négociez vos prix! Tout se négocie. "

"Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in diesem Riad! Die Lage ist einfach perfekt – nur wenige Meter vom Jeema el Fna entfernt und somit mitten im Geschehen. Das Riad selbst ist wunderschön gestaltet, die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und gepflegt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das unglaublich freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal, das unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Da wir im März gereist sind, benötigten wir keine Klimaanlage. "Communication with hotel very poor. Sent messages via Expedia and email before arrival and received no response. There is no hotel shuttle, they will send you a taxi and will charge you higher rate. Much cheaper and faster to get an uber. The service in the hotel is pretty average or below average. There is only one or two people that were really outstanding, real shame, below expectations. "

"Perfect hotel to stay in Marrakech.This Magical Place is located in the centre of Medina just few minutes walk from the Jemaa El-Fnaa and in walking distance from other places.There are two great restaurants in the hotel serving perfect food and drinks,also the breakfast was good.The rooms are nice,clean and well equipped.And the hotel staff, they are just exceptional.Always helpful doing everything to make you feel welcome ,happy and more than satisfied with your stay.Definitely recommended."
