"Was looking forward to staying here after reading great things about it. Very underwhelmed with the experience. The room was small and dated and needed general maintenance. We had made two separate bookings because we extended our stay before we had even arrived. We were not able to just stay in the room, we had to check out at 11 and move to another room at check in time. The WiFi was very spotty. The pool area was very small."

"We loved our stay at Park Inn. The highlight was how friendly, kind and welcoming all the staff are. Park Inn is lucky to have such amazing staff that made our stay so wonderful. This includes Gordonn, Maria, Josee and Nelson. The room was excellent as was the food and the WiFi was very fast. We highly recommend staying here. We only wish we had more time to explore Kigali and Rwanda as we only had one night here. Thank you to all the staff!"

"I had an excellent stay at this historic hotel. It was spotlessly clean and nicely decorated. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The bar and restaurant were also very good. Great views over the surrounding area and within east walking distance of the city center. I would thoroughly recommend!"

"I have traveled to dozens of countries and countless hotels , and I will say this, This is easily one of the cleaniest and most comfortable room I have stayed in. My entire Trip to Rwanda had me speechless, amazing country , and the stay at NDARU played a great part. On my second night I was so tired from a safari I wanted to do room service , the front desk manager Godfrey came up knocked on my door and told me about the free show with local songs and dancing they were having in hotel. Those little details I really appreciate because the local dance and people enjoying is something I wouldn't have wanted to miss. When I need a driver they call, at one point I didn't have small bills to pay the moto bike 1000RWF and front desk manager Godfrey paid for me. The woman at front desk Ines was so kind and always so helpful with were to go and what to see, definitely a pleasure with her and Godfrey, exceptionally customer service. All of them from the cleaning staff, to reasturant staff amazing. The gym is another plus , massive gym for a hotel 10 of 10 Beautiful pool with patio, Exceptional Sauna with great massages and good price , and great breakfast if you get it included. Also ask for G-Step Safari tours if you status here , I did a exceptional private safari for a very fair price . Overall this hotel is a 5 star stay and I will go home and recommend not only Rwanda but NDARU LUXURY resorts. Special thank you to Godfrey from desk manager and Ines Front desk. "
