"We had a fabulous stay. The Horizon lounge was excellent, drinks, food & service all wonderful. Rooms & bathrooms are showing their age a little but well maintained. Surprised that the coffee in the room was instant but it was little effort to pop to the lounge for a decent cup."

"Excellent service. I don't have have had hot water the first day but they sent someone to fix It pretty quick. Room was big and on the 53rd floor. Good view of the city. Close to metro. Also I didn't have any issues with the elevator as some people complained. "

I really appreciated that the rooms come with balconies it made the stay feel extra special. While the pool could be a bit larger or higher, this didn’t bother me much as I rarely or never use it. The standout aspect of my stay was the staff; everyone, from the lobby team to other employees, was courteous, professional, and attentive. Another highlight is the location it’s close to many attractions and other great places to explore, making it very convenient for sightseeing and dining. Overall, I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai."
