"Disappointing for a Marriott
As a Marriott property, my expectations were significantly higher in terms of quality and maintenance. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet those expectations.
The carpets looked old and worn, and the bathroom floor had stains that appeared to be deeply set, giving the impression of poor cleanliness or lack of upkeep.
The air conditioning was difficult to control due to the poor placement of the thermostat, which was located right by the air vent, affecting its accuracy and overall comfort.
As for the amenities, they were very limited—only shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a bar of soap were provided. Additionally, the towels also appeared quite worn.
Overall, the experience was below expectations and very different—in a negative way—from what is typically associated with Marriott hotels."
