"Staff were often rushing to get to the next person, elevators were a 10 minute plus wait, Expedia pictures did not accurately represent the property, and the room was too compact and had worn furniture. Did I let the staff know? No because they showed no care or professionalism. An overpriced stay."

"L’air climatisée de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas. Ils ont eu la gentillesse de me surclasser. Toutefois, l’air climatisée de la nouvelle chambre était très bruillante. Certaines lumières clignotaient. En prenant ma douche le matin, le pomeau levait en raison de la pression et de la tuyauterie, puis a arrosé le plafond! Il n’y avait pas de menu ou de feuille résumant les services. Il faisait également très chaud dans les corridors. Le repas du soir était ordinaire. La piscine a été fermé...

"Great staff, the room is a bit out dated due to the age of the building and the area (of course it's in Old Quebec). The overall location is fantastic, right next to the Frontenac hotel, that alone is enough to tell you how convenient the location is. I will definitely return to this hotel."
