"It is a new hotel near the city center. The staff is very nice and helpful. The room and the common areas were clean and beautiful. The breakfast could be better."

"The room was generally quite nice. In the bathroom, it was unfortunate that the shower did not have a glass door since the water easily splashes out onto the bathroom floor. The breakfast was wonderful! The construction in front of the hotel building was inconvenient and sometimes the entrance walk was muddy. We also rented a parking space in the hotel garage and there were not many spaces available, but too much construction supplies stored in the garage."

"The view over the water, islands and mountains is incredibly beautiful and not to be missed. The owners are very friendly and very accommodating. We had a special vegetarian lunch which was delicious and plentiful. The sauna with a view was so fun and relaxing. It is on the dock where you can jump in the water if you dare! It is cold and refreshing. It is worth the commute into Stavanger, about 30 minutes, to be on this peaceful and lovely island at this welcoming, homey place."

"We had a beautiful view of the beach and fjord from our clean and spacious room. The beach was a few metres from the hotel. Lots of space on the beach. Lovely outdoor areas for sitting, both in front of the hotel and along the beach promenade. The water was shallow a long way out so perfect for families with small kids. The breakfast was good, we ate both lunch and dinner at the hotel, which was also very good! It was also possible to get a take-away if you fancied eating by the beach....

"Vil først bemerke at det ikke var byttet sengetøy på sovesofaen ved ankomst. Dette la jeg først merke til sent på kvelden. Sengetøyet var skittent, og lakenet var fullt av hår fra tidligere gjester. Ble byttet etter at det ble gitt beskjed om dagen etter. Rommet i seg selv var bra, men savner kjøleskap på rommet. For øvrig et fint hotell som inneholder det meste man trenger, og enkel tilgang til Dyreparken fra hotellet."
