"Accueil désagréable par une vieille dame malpolie qui ne faisait que répéter que le check-in est à 15h. Oui, ok mais je ne venais que déposer ma valise. Je me suis sentie agressée. La chambre est Ok mais l’établissement est vieillot, notamment la partie des bains. Le service est assuré par un jeune népalais très gentil qui fait de son mieux mais ses patrons sont beaucoup trop rigides et ne veulent pas s’adapter aux visiteurs. "Getting around the property and the shopping center was convenient with the buses provided by the hotel. Lots of washers in the laundry area. I love the individual cabins scattered around the property. Makes it feel like you're in the woods. Great place for families!"

"Need to walk quite a distance from Nagano Station, along the way, you will find Family Mart and Lawson. A quiet and peaceful street in the morning. The view was good from the breakfast area, but my room view is facing the cemetery, though. The overall hotel vibe gives me a 90s feel, but it's clean and tidy. I like their mini bar as they fill it with many complimentary drinks. "
