Nous avons déjà hâte de revenir, tant l’équipe va nous manquer. Le séjour a été exceptionnel du début à la fin.
Le personnel est tout simplement incroyable, que ce soit l’équipe du matin : un grand merci à Fatna ainsi qu’au jeune homme dont je n’ai malheureusement pas retenu le prénom, pour un service digne d’un établissement 5 étoiles. Merci également aux cuisiniers et à la pâtissière, notamment pour les sfenj, une vraie douceur, ainsi que la personne pour le thé...

"Overall, my experience was okay. The bartender at the swimming pool was very sweet and professional; I believe her name was Nisrine, Hdan, another bartender, and Towel service guys, If I remember well, Youssef & Ayoub, the staff was very attentive and provided excellent service. The night staff as well at the upstairs lounge were friendly and welcoming.
However, I will mention that you definitely need to dedicate someone to bussing the tables at the swimming pool area, as I had to ask several...

"Well presented hotel, but once you go beyond surface level it really isn't good enough to justify the money or the 5* rating
Despite what they claim, none of the pools are heated, so its pretty cold with the sea breeze.
The food is below average, little variety and its poor quality mass produced slop. The a la carte restaurants are a bit better, but overall you would really expect the food to be a lot better.
Very few activities, often found ourselves struggling to find things to do on...

"Tout était parfait !
Il y a tout pour passer de super vacances. On peut tout aussi bien se reposer à la piscine, à la plage ou au spa comme faire des activités sportives ou participer aux animations.
Cet hôtel est vraiment complet !
La nourriture des buffets est incroyable, il y a tous les jours différent choix et en plus de très bonne qualité.
Le personnel est également au petit soin.
