"I had a problem with check in that was an Expedia issue .. however the mena house front desk staff went above and beyond to assist us and make us beyond comfortable .. we had connecting rooms with pyramid view .. the best view you could wish for .. this place is it .. the hotel grounds and everything was behind nice .. the was helpful in every way .. the best Egypt stay I have ever experienced .. I would return there in a heartbeat.. they front desk staff rescued my vacation. "

"Amazing hotel to stay. Being an avid traveller, I can say this is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed. The food is exceptional in quality and quantity. The staff are very friendly and cater to all needs. Such a lovely place to be to relax and enjoy the all-inclusive vibes. All staff are smiling and show so much care towards you. We were specially looked after by Abdallah who mostly works in Ginger bar and also Ibrahim who works in the restaurant. They looked after us so well. I'd 100%...

"The hotel is a large resort with three pools and beach area. Very clean rooms. AC worked well. Two pillow choices which I appreciated. Mini fridge in room is nice to keep water cool. Loud music at one pool, which I don’t like, but the other adult pool is calm and quieter. Nice kids pool area. Buffet breakfast was a huge selection. Very nice. Close to walk to mall (across street), restaurants and stores. Safe at night. "

"Most beautiful place in Marrakech! We visited Royal Mansour which is supposedly a higher end than Oberoi. Oberoi was by far better than Royal Mansour based on staff and the grounds. The staff was so wonderful at Oberoi. Our vacation in Marrakech was perfect due to our stay at this hotel. "

"Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfreich es hat uns alle unsere Fragen beantwortet und jegliche Sorgen genommen. Es lag sehr zentral an den Pyramiden und es hatte eine schöne Tarasse wo man die Pyramiden perfekt sehen konnte. Das Personal war sehr sehr freundlich man kann ihnen jeglichen Fragen zum Tourismus in Ägypten stellen. Für den Preis war es sehr schön!"

"The Giza Hotel View Inn is a great option only 2 minutes walk from Giza Pyramid entrance. Room is clean but basic but, if available, get room with patio as views of sphinx and pyramids is amazing. The rooftop restaurant is great....perfect for the nightly light show. "
