"Hotel was noisy at night with Club music until 4am ,reception staff are moody and not helpful. I arrived at the hotel for check-in and was told to wait 15mins as another couple were checkin and completing their paperwork. Found this very rude and unprofessional. "

"We recently stayed at Riad Monceau and had a fantastic experience! The breakfast was wonderful, with a great selection of options. The staff were absolutely delightful - cheerful, friendly, happy, and super helpful. Special shoutout to two staff members Shopihan & Chaymai who went above and beyond! Live entertainment was very enjoyable. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, which added to the overall comfort of our stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others. One suggestion for improvement: playing some light/subtle background music during breakfast time could enhance the ambiance and uplift the mood. "The stay at Taj was just amazing. The staff were so friendly, felt like home. The facilities, services, food, ambience, top notch! Really loved the idols (lord idols) at the entrance as the decor😍 The indoor pool was heated, and fun given the rainy condition during the stay. Location is really good, with pretty streets at a walking distance. Masala tea in the morning was cherry on top. Would definitely come again! "
