"Brilliant stay at this hotel with plenty to do and great food options! If your vegan or vegetarian, be a bit cautious as the lanelling of food is incorrect (some state vegan but contain milk and eggs!), also some guests just use whatever serving spoon is closest which can result in cross contamination The entertainment team were brilliant and the evening shows were very entertaining. "It’s a beautiful place well maintained and clean. The rooms were clean and the bedding fresh. They had electricity issues the power was tripping on and off at night as a result our food was cold including our coffees. The tripping happening throughout the night including in the morning the following day. They did not have alternative power."

"This hotel is the perfect base to explore the Pyramids at Giza and Saqqara. We used their personalised entrance service to go directly to the pyramids without the usual entrance way which was nice - it’s not a glamorous entrance mind, but it’s very convenient. We also added the additional tour guide option which made exploring the site much more efficient as well as learning a few extra nuggets of local knowledge and historical insight.
