"Plus points:
1. Location is 10 minutes on bus from airport. The bus station is right near the hotel.
2. The hotel is on the first row from the sea with beautiful park by the coast line.
3. Right from the hotel there is entrance to the Metrocity Forum (Metro City) shopping mall.
4. The hotel have option Half Board - this is the only hotel that provides it and in buffet style. There is a good variety of food selection in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner.

"This is the second time I’ve stayed with you in the past month.
We weren't even greeted pleasantly or with a smile upon arrival.
Things only got worse from there.
I stayed in room 309. I complained about the lack of water flow in the shower and the fact that the overhead showerhead wasn't working. I asked to switch rooms because the situation was terrible—it was impossible to shower comfortably. I was told there were no available rooms and that a technician would be sent to fix the issue....
