"This hotel is a very impressive landmark building in Batumi, we had a good apartment with fantastic panoramic views on the 36th floor. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was very busy with loads of people around, many dishes available however I only liked the omelette, the quality of breads needs improving above cheap supermarket types. "Spent a week here, location was good, close to the boulevard/sea, everything needed was within walking distance; the room was spacious and clean, other than the balcony, which was very narrow and a bit dirty. The staff were friendly and helpful. For the price, cant really fault it in any way. Overall had a decent stay."
