"Perfecto como parada anterior a la visita a Nemrut, barajamos muchas opciones pero fue un acierto por amabilidad, trato, estado perfecto de la habitación orden y limpieza, no se puede pedir mas; evidentemente no es un 4 o 5 estrellas, ni falta que le hace; la paz y ambiente agradable que se respira no tiene precio, poder disfrutar de sus mesitas exteriores es todo un regalo. Solo puedo agradecer la hospitalidad recibida. "

"A great hotel. We had a superior room and it was incredible. Spacious, the bed was comfortable, really clean, iron/ironing board in the room, heating, balcony. Ordered room service and the food was great. Highly recommend staying here. "

"Personnel froid. Wifi disponible uniquement dans le restaurant. Petit déjeuner insuffisant. Odeur d'humidité voire de moisissure dans la chambre et la salle de bain. La chambre n'était pas propre. Pas de draps... Uniquement de l'eau froide dans la salle de bain. A deconseiller. Et à mon sens trop cher pour la qualité et le service proposés. "

"過不足なしのホテル。支配人にホスピタリティーは素晴らしい。部屋が暗い。街は地震復興開始中。隣のビルは崩壊、周りも瓦礫、ダメージの大きい建物、再建中のビル。仮設。再建には時間がかかりそうである。"

"Amazing place..so peaceful. Place to relax.Hospitality is 10.Zain the attendant,Receptionist, cook n cleaner all in one is an amazing guy.We came fir 1 night,changed my plans and 3 nights.Fresh food cooked daily. RECOMMENDED. "

"Había obras en el hotel y desde las 20 h hasta las 22:30 estuvieron haciendo ruido.A la hora del check out el recepcionista nos informa que no tiene ninguna relación con hoteles.com y que debemos proceder a abonar la noche por lo que nos ponemos en contacto con hoteles.com y estos después de 10 horas lo único que hemos conseguido es que se pongan en contacto con el hotel pero no el reembolso del mismo."

"AVOID THIS HOTEL. First, they changed the date of our stay to six months later for no reason at all. Had to call Hotel.com to rectify it. Second, when we checked in I offered my credit card to pay the bill but was told not to worry so I assumed they had debited my card already.
