"While our room was comfortable, the bathroom was very small. We were disappointed that there was issue with pool that made it usable. They were also out of bath gel and used shampoo as a substitute. I would say that the staff went out their way to be helpful."

"When we checked at 11:00 pm the TV didn’t work and there was a shortage of bath towels. The next morning we informed the staff and asked that the room be made up. When we returned at 10:30 pm the TV still didn’t work and no towels and the room not made up. I went to the front desk and asked for a different room. "Staff was nice, the hotel is very dated and furnishings very old. The room was large some lighting didn’t work. The biggest complaint was the smell. It had a heavy incense smell really bad odor. The price was very high for the overall experience."
