"Room was a decent size (the one bed apartment) and wasn’t too noisy from neighbouring rooms which was good. Would benefit from some quieter spaces for adults as all communal spaces very noisy with kids. Unfortunately our air con wasn’t working for whole stay and the communication wasn’t great around this and no real urgency to get it fixed - that was the only real disappointment though we were provided two fans for the room but they did very little given the heat. "The hotel has to sections half of it seems to have been updated, we were in the older part on the third floor which was fine for me but some of our party had small children and push chairs with no lift it was a struggle lifting them every time you went out we saw younger people without kids accommodated on the ground floor which seemed a bit bizarre, the rooms are not air conditioned but have ceiling fans that just generated warm air around the rooms so felt hot at times, the rooms were clean...
