"My only issue with the room is that it was too dark to see well to do my hair. The only mirror is on the wardrobe door and it’s right beside the room door where there’s no lights. Otherwise I had a lovely stay. "

"This was the second time of staying at the Banff Springs Hotel. I found the whole experience very pleasing. The reception, bar and restaurant area is very clean and a comfortable place to chill. I booked single rooms for my Son and I and we both found them to be of a good size with a comfortable bed, which is all one needs after a long drive up from London. "Location was ideal for train and bus access. The hotel is old and the rooms are old and in need of updating but our room was clean. The common areas (reception and restaurant) were updated at some point. They do provide a nice breakfast and food was fresh and hot. Staff were very pleasant and helpful "
