"La struttura è suggestiva sia fuori che dentro, il parcheggio è ampio. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo avuto un problema con la camera (lenzuola pulite ma presenza di peli/capelli), e l’addetto alla reception ci ha gentilmente proposto di cambiare camera. "Staff were excellent very helpful and very friendly. Room was lovely , shower smelled strongly of bleach. By day 2 drain on shower was very smelly this is probably why it had been bleached. Bed was very comfortable and room had good amenities micro wave, fridge , safe, nice selection of teas etc. breakfast was a bit disappointing we booked in for 9am food was cold and some items overcooked . We would consider visiting again"

"We arrived at Thainstone Hotel on Saturday late afternoon . We asked to book our meal for supper as we were going to a show just across from hotel , as the show starts at 7.30 , we needed to book a meal a bit earlier , the receptionist said we can’t serve meals till 7.30 as there is a wedding in process. She said she will ask the chef but he said no . Even a sandwich would b better than nothing , but no . She said she couldn’t even offer a bag of crisps as they hadn’t any of them either..So we...

"The stay at the park in was ok. The curtains in the room were insufficient. With daylight at 4am, the whole room was lit up and made it hard to sleep. I was going to bring up this issue at check out, but was not even asked how my stay was. See attached photos at 4am."
