Great hotel, staff amazing!!

Staffs are very professional and helpful. Maintaining the property very clean. Public transport including train in walking distance also a shopping mall close by. I will recommend this hotel to stay.

Great location, clean, and good facilities.

First and foremost the Staff was very attentive to our needs whether we needed extra pillows, extra blankets, any info or recommendation on sight seeing or restaurants to eat at the staff was great. It was my wife and two 21 year old daughters staying at the Novatel for 5 nights for holiday from the States. . Rooms very clean. Hotel located in a good location. Not very touristy (which we like) but walkable to train station (about 20 minutes). Lots of restaurants to choose from on the walk toward train station. Grocery store across the street 2minute walk.

Such a great hotel. Very conveniently located near restaurants, supermarkets and the tram. Would stay again when visiting Zurich.

Great staff and great room!

Very handy location to the train station and public transport network as there is a tram stop outside the hotel. We stayed here for the women's euros and could walk to letzigrande stadium.

Very clean and quiet. Small room with appliances including coffee machine, kettle and a fan.
