It was clean minus the huge roach we found in the doorway of the 2nd room. I would say the listing was misleading as far as the proximity to the beach and the bed setup. They had a Pic of each bed, making it look like there would be 2 beds for 4 people but it was one king and 2 doubles but the Pic never showed the 2 doubles, just one to make it seem like it was one bigger one. The beach access was easy to get in to after you walked a half mile, which they call it "beach front". The property is clear in the back of the apartment complex and you can only get out through the front of the complex so lots of walking
