"Canyon Pool bar and grill didn't open at the time advertised. There is not 2 restaurants on site, only the Canyon Grill, which is at the pool and has limited hours. Prices were quite high too. The room was supposed to have a main kitchen and 2nd bedroom have a small kitchen area, it didn't have any type of kitchen in 2nd bedroom. Master bedroom had 2 tubes of used toothpaste on counter, fork in dishwasher and coffee spill in kitchen sink.Communication to/from property was ignored. I sent emails...

"Pool was good, beds were comfortable, pool times could be adjusted but I also understand why the times are that way. I don't like holiday in vacation club trying to take time out of my day and not really taking no as an answer. The restaurant on site wasn't good, I don't remember spending money there, I'd rather door dash or drive somewhere else. I think the restaurant needs some updates to the menu or better quality control. "
