"The hotel was a very nice, clean and well kept we would definitely stay again. The staff were also super friendly! Only thing is they could use one more elevator but not a huge deal."
"The 1st room the sink was clogged and hair coming out the drain. The floors had weak spots and the phones in rooms don’t work. Paint chipping everywhere and they let crack heads hang out in the entryway and an over all smell inside the building. If your needing a bed only it works."
"Our room was a nice size. I especially liked the bed and pillows. Everything in our room was spon on. There was a floor drain somewhere before you walk into the pool. It just needs water poured down it because it stinks.
Also! The information on the back of the door states check out time is noon. The front desk shows it's 11. I was here not too long ago and they weren't aware the times were different. They need to change the signs in the rooms!
The pool was small and a bit chilly. After we left, they called us to let us know I had left my makeup mirror there and we went and picked it up. I really appreciated that. We'll be back"
"Staff was great, we really appreciated the gift card for 801 Chophouse when we mentioned we were going there for our anniversary dinner.
The only issue with the room was that there was shampoo or soap on the shower floor, when I stepped in. I slipped and almost fell.
The room is very noisy
Also, please get a better quality toilet paper.

"All the staff were helpful and friendly, the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. There were 3 reasons we gave 4 instead of 5 on the overall rating: 1) the "free breakfast" was only extended to 2 adults from each room, and we had 4 adults in our room. So rather than eat in the hotel restaurant, we went to a local favorite brunch place, to cater to the wishes of the group, so that 'amenity' was wasted on us. 2) we had trouble figuring out how to get to the hotel because of the parking lot being closed. We did eventually locate the correct lot and were able to schlepp our luggage across the street safely, with some extra effort. 3) the faucet in the tub/shower was almost impossible to turn fully off. All 4 adult members of our party tried to turn the tub faucet so the water would fully STOP, but only the heavily muscled, 21-year old college athlete member of our party was able to get it turned fully off with great effort. I definitely want to repeat that ALL the staff were friendly and helpful, from Ken at the desk, to the wonderful bartender/waitress in Cityscape the night we arrived, to the housekeeping staff. Overall, it was a GOOD stay, with a few inconveniences."
