Amazing hotel amazing staff, lifts were dirty, cleaners are so lovely!!!! Waiters and staff kitchen so lovely and attentive. Mainly pensioners and elderly people stayed at this hotel and they are all miserable!

The hotel is neglected

Cyprus is fantastic!Unfortunately, the hotel did not meet my expectations, and there were several things that influenced my negative opinion. -Bugs in the bathroom in room 731 upstairs. Room change was available for an additional fee because it had pool access. I didn't expect anyone to offer me a free room change, but it would have been nice if the front desk had stepped up to the challenge. Apparently, no one cares anyway, since they have a contract with a major travel agency. -The shower area was very neglected and dirty. I'm very sad to write this because all the cleaning ladies were very nice and worked hard. However, when I saw that they were mopping the floor with very dirty, almost black water, I was shocked. After cleaning the room, it smelled worse than a basement. - too little involvement of the reception in helping and solving the problem -The room stinks from the air conditioning in room 631. After reporting the problem, they were unable to solve the problem. -The pool loungers are broken and I wouldn't take a picture, but when I'm on vacation I don't want to look for a lounger that's not damaged because I don't have time for that. - Drunk bartenders at the bar near the reception desk. I've never seen bartenders drinking alcohol with guests. advantages of the hotel: - good location of the hotel -beautiful view from the pools

Reception could do with a major revamp. Doesn’t look clean at all, waited for our room and the sofas where absolutely filthy and torn. Room was ok, stayed in a “family room” which was minuscule. You have to side shuffle between the bed and desk to get to a small area with two small sofa beds. I’m not sure how this would be considered a family room. Pillows extremely uncomfortable and bed was very hard. Cups for tea were stained and chipped. Overall no attention to detail. Bathroom size good & large shower but no bath so not great for kids. Pool area nice, they pack the sun beds in like sardines though in pool area so it’s abit of a tight squeeze. The towels we received for the pool were ripped and very worn. We did not have lunch or dinner there so cannot comment. Breakfast was adequate, selection is standard. I would not say the quality of the food is great. Extremely oily, you can tell food is made in masses without thought for quality. Walk down to the beach can be very steep so beware, and the path is very unstable with gaps so can be dangerous in areas. They have tried to patch up with wooden plywood which makes it very slippery when you add sand into the mix. Not fantastic if you have children, or if you have trouble walking. Beach is small and gets very busy. The best thing about the hotel were the grounds it’s situated on. Great view of the sea & a nice walk around the rocky cliff edges. Nice little playground for children. Would not return unfortunately

Hôtel correct dans son ensemble, mais ne vaut pas un 4 étoiles et son prix car assez cheap et pas mal de petit bémols, les chambres et les couloirs très bruyants et mal insonorisés, il ne faut pas avoir le sommeil léger. La climatisation de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas correctement. Le petit déjeuner n’est pas très bon, la propreté des locaux laisse à désirer. Néanmoins, la localisation et la vue sont très bien, le service de Menage également, la chambre était toujours très bien faite.

Tres moyen juste la vue

La vue des chambres est le seul point positif. Chambre tres bruillante cela doit etre horrible lorsqu'il y a du monde. 1ere nuit dans notre chambre il y avait un bruit de condensateur nous avons du changer de chambre a 23h30!2eme nuit un autre problème de bruit avec la climatisation tres inquietant les murs bougés ! Le SPA est horrible il ne devrait pas l'indique comme tel mais comme espace infirmerie (tout est blanc,en plastique...) tres decue car il fait parti de mes critères. Tres loin du centre sans vehicule impossible le soir. Le petit déjeuner insipide,le chocolat chaud et le jus d'orange imbuvable. Dommage mais je n'y retournerai pas en plus aucune compensation pour les chambres.
